Analytics & reports
Track your hiring funnel, identify where candidates drop off, and download data for reporting.
Where to find analytics
There are two places:
- Per-job analytics — Open a job → Analytics tab. Shows data specific to that job.
- Global analytics — Click Analytics in the top bar of your dashboard. Shows aggregated stats across all your jobs.
Analytics is a Pro feature.
Hiring funnel
The funnel shows how many candidates make it through each step of the process:
- Applied — Total number of applications received.
- Invited — Applications you chose to invite to interview.
- Interview started — Candidates who opened their interview link and began recording.
- Interview completed — Candidates who submitted all their answers.
- Shortlisted — Candidates you marked as Shortlisted.
- Approved — Candidates you marked as Approved (hired).
Each step shows the count and the drop-off percentage from the previous step. A large drop between "Invited" and "Started" means candidates are receiving the invite but not opening it — try sending a reminder.
Time to hire
Shows the average number of days between when an application was submitted and when the candidate was marked as Approved. This helps you spot if your process is taking longer than expected.
Question drop-off
The question drop-off table shows, for each interview question, how many candidates answered it vs. how many started the interview. A high drop-off on a specific question usually means it's confusing, too long, or too difficult.
Use this data to refine your questions over time.
Candidate benchmarking
The benchmarking panel lets you compare your top candidates side by side. It shows, for each candidate:
- Their AI resume score
- Their AI video score
- Their team star rating
- Their current status
- A link to their review page
Candidates are sorted by team score (highest first) to make it easy to see who your reviewers rated most highly.
CSV export
Click Download CSV in the Analytics tab to download a spreadsheet of all candidates for that job. Each row includes:
- Candidate name and email
- Current status and pipeline stage
- AI resume score (if run)
- Team average score
- Application date and interview completion date
This is useful for keeping records, sharing with stakeholders, or importing into another tool.
EEO report
If you have the EEO survey enabled for a job, a separate Download EEO report link appears in the job's Settings tab. This CSV contains the voluntary diversity data collected from applicants.
EEO data is kept entirely separate from the hiring review — reviewers never see individual candidates' diversity responses.
